Holding an Event at Choate
Certain campus facilities are available on a rental basis to not-for-profit or affiliated organizations when they are not in use by the Choate community. These include the Ruutz-Rees Commons (formerly the Ruutz-Rees Dining Hall), the Sally Hart Lodge, Getz Auditorium, the Seymour St. John Chapel, and some athletic fields and facilities, notably the hockey rink.
Wedding Policy:
Alumni and faculty and staff and their families may schedule weddings on campus in the Seymour St. John Chapel and selected other locations.
Receptions have been held in the Dining Hall, the Sally Hart Lodge and in the PMAC gallery as well as certain outdoor venues.
Note: All catered events must use the Choate Rosemary Hall's food service vendor, ARAMARK.
