Sally Hart Lodge Reservations
If you are interested in staying at the Sally Hart Lodge, please make your reservation online, or you may also call 203-697-3933 or e-mail sallyhartlodge@choate.edu. Provide the dates you desire, your telephone number and/or e-mail address, the number of rooms you will require and how many people in your reservation.Our Reservation Manager will get back to you within 24-hours.
Note: The Sally Hart Lodge is not equipped to accommodate the following: pets, children under the age of six, or smokers. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
All guests of the Sally Hart Lodge must have an affiliation with Choate Rosemary Hall. (ie alumni, prospective students and families, parents of current or former students, official guest of the School, relatives and guests of faculty and staff.)
Each room of the Lodge is arranged to accommodate 1-3 people with the addition of one cot. There is a $5 surcharge for this amenity. Room assignments are subject to change.
Rates and Payment
The daily (Sunday - Thursday) room rate is $150 per room per night.
The weekend (Friday - Saturday) room rate is $165* per room per night.
The rate includes continental breakfast and reflects tax and fees. Check or major credit cards are accepted. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check out is by 11:00 a.m.
* Rate change will take effect starting September 1, 2008.
Late Check Out Policy
24-hr. notice is required for a late check out request. Please contact the Sally Hart Lodge innkeeper at 203-697-3933 or sallyhartlodge@choate.edu.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be given one week prior to the reservation date. Those withdrawing their reservation without a weeks notice are subject to charges equaling the total amount of the reservation.
Anyone giving notice of cancellation will receive a letter confirming their cancellation and notification of fees owed.

Charges
When making a reservation online your credit card, the full room rate is not charged immediately, it will be charged at the time of check in. If you would like to simply hold your reservation with your credit card and choose another payment option at the time of your stay, please contact the Sally Hart Lodge directly.
