Clubs must have a mission statement, constitution, and current roster on file in the SAC office, as well as a faculty adviser, to be eligible to apply.
Funds may not be used to purchase items that benefit individual club members (e.g. t-shirts or other apparel) or refreshments for meetings.
Funds may not be donated to third-party organizations.
Club leaders will be required to provide receipts for all expenditures, which must be included in the scope of the proposal.
Clubs that are on probation (excluding initial probation for newly-recognized clubs) are not eligible to apply for funds until they regain active status.
Club advisers must approve proposals before they are submitted.
