Grandparent Information Form

We communicate with grandparents throughout the year in various ways, including our school magazine, the Bulletin, as well as invitations to regional events and to Grandparents' Day, which is held on campus each spring. Please provide us the names and addresses of your child's grandparents.

If there is someone else who should be invited to Grandparents' Day, please share that person's name and address as well. Thank you!
