Though only a mile long, Wall Street may be the most celebrated street in the world. This course emphasizes basic microeconomics, an understanding of the current stock market, a history of the stock market in the 20th and 21st centuries, and an overall investigation of the financial world and the decision-making processes of corporations. Students develop and track their own portfolio in this course while gaining an understanding of the stock market and financial terminology.
